Stephan was born in Central Africa, Cameroon. His family escaped political persecution and relocated to the Washington DC metro area. A native French speaker, he played the role of "Sly" in the 2021 NAACP nominated film "TNC" and a leading role in the film "Party To a Crime" winning the Silver at the Los Angeles Independent Shorts Awards.In 2024, he broke out as Antonio in the series "Perimeter" from BET/Tyler Perry Studios, and amassed over 5M views featured in viral social media sketches. 2025.
